Allstate Insurance Company Attn: Eva Dell Ware My accident: My car was hit by a drunk driver while parked on 07/11/2008. the named insurance company rep. gave me an appraisal on 08/17/2008 and declared my classic Thunderbird a total loss. The appraiser then offered me $1350.00 which I declined. Irving Coppell Texas

I notified the Texas Department of Insurance and filed a complaint for Fair market value of which I recieved thru The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) with a valuation rate. Since Allstate Adjusters are company generees their first offer of $1350.00 was not even in my ballpark of figures. It took me 4(four) months and a lots of brain work, but I got a settlement of $2988.00 for my 1982 Ford Thunderbird. Oh by the way I still have my 82T-Bird to repair once I locate body parts. Thanks to THE RIP OFF REPORT for their assistance.
