Allstate Insurance Company Their customer backed into my car; they refused to pay a cent! Northbrook Illinois

One of Allstate's clients, Ted A of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, backed into my car on July 15, 2008 in Valley City, North Dakota, buckling the hood, smashing the grill, and doing some internal damage. There was no question of fault, since I had stopped when I saw he might possibly back into me; I wasn't even directly behind him, but he backed up without looking, turned, and backed straight into my car before I could get out of the way. Allstate send an aduster, John Flanagin from Fargo, who said Allstate would pay NOTHING because my car, a 1986 Sedan De Ville, had a taillight extension and turn signal that needed repair (both were fixed soon after). I retained a lawyer, of Mandan, who made contact with Allstate in October, but the case still has not been resolved. I later learned that Allstate is so notorious for not paying claims that an entire ring of websites has been created by their victims!
