BEWARE DRIVERS!!! YOU COULD BE ME! Bristol West
Insurance Group is denying my claim alleging that
there client lied on his appliacation for insurance.
Even though they had almost 2 months to verify his
information.
My pip is up on my insurance and my private insurance
won't cover it because it was a preexisting condition
and has a 18 month waiting period.The shots
I need are very expensive,which I would not need
if it werent for there client.
My lawyer has coped out on us saying there is nothing more she can do! I have lost my job and my home because of this! I can no longer play with my children like I use
to because of the limits this accident has put on my
body!I'am not gonna give up! NEVER! Is there some one that can help? Drivers BEWARE if you are hit with someone with Bristol West Insurance this could be you!

What you are going through can happen with any insurance company. Been there done that with several where I was the victim. Right now the person is solely liable for their actions and your injuries, your car insurance company will handle this for you up to your liability limits. Where this really sucks is if someone just put you on a policy for the cheapest price with no regard to liability limits. After those limits are exceeded it is up to you to obtain a lawyer to go after the person in conjunction with the insurance company to get the money you are owed. that can be a lenghty and problem filled issue. the simplest way to avoid it is to have limits set properly. I wish you the best and am so sorry to hear about what happened.
