I wanted to cancel a policy. I've done what they've asked and I have proof of delivery, in emails, and they wrote me a letter and said I owe them tons of money for services of work they have done. I believe they own me the $$ due from stress they have caused me. They have not canceled policies before and I've been on them and on them. I had to send them emails of me sending signed documents and they 'then' send me the refunds.
