Coast National Insurance Company Farmers Insurance Group Did not cover the agreements made when car was considered totaled, left me with a balance after paying full coverage insurance. Later informed by the auto place that the car was reparible. Had to sign Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This company promised me that they would cover the coast of the car and pay out a dollar amount for me to purchase another car. After telling me that I needed to sign over the car to them, that there was no equity in my vihical which was 4 years old brand new and fully covered with insurance from the time it was purchased.

I had to call them after two weaks to get the status on the payout and that is when the story changed.The did not give me anything for my car. The attitudes from my ajuster was rude and inconsiderate. The second level manager was the same way. I felt minipulated by this company.
