Dairyland Insurance Company rip-off! Stevensport Wisconsin

I have Dairyland Insurance and moved to another state. You have to change your tags and etc... well in my case I had to pick up georgia insurance but the agent I went to tried to contact dairyland to see if they have agent here in georgia and she was given the run around. I told her to forget it and asked what her insurance has to offer being its in georgia. we hashed it over so I told her I will pick up georgia insurance from her. she told me to call dairyland and tell them to cancel me because this is new insurance is in effect 8-7-04 so I could change my car over.

WELL I CALLED DAIRYLAND (my policy with dairyland is paid for now remember this ok) They told me I have to come to them and sign cancelation forms with them I reminded them I am in georgia and its impossible to come to WI and could they fax me the papers and i will get a notary on my signing of my name... WELL they told me that is not suitable and i have to come there ..once more TOLD them I am in georgia... SHE TOLD ME THEN LEAVE IT CANCEL OUT but that will reflect back on me... I reminded her this is paid for and they owe me a refund she said they don't because I can not come to there office.

I think this is very unfair after a notary is fine for court papers why can't a notary be good enough for DAIRYLAND???? NOW WHY DO i HAVE TO LEAVE THIS CANCEL OUT ITS SELF and let cancelation reflect on my report and not get money owed to me ...IF I OWED THEM THEY SURE WOULD WANT IT !!!!
