Farm Bureau Insurance Jacon Kellar and the claims department Jason Kellar and Ron Dunlap lansing , Michigan

I filed a claim with Farm Bureau Insurance on September 9,2009 my car was stolen.... I have been with this company for almost ten years if not ten years, I have always paid my premium and never been cancelled or late it took them almost two months to review my claim and on November 3,2009 the claim adjuster Jason Kellar called me at work to tell me that my claim was denied and that my insurance would expire immediatly.. I had to leave work to drive back to Flint to return the car to Enterprise Car Rental. At the time of loss I was fully covered and have continue to maintain full coverage. I am outraged with the customer service that I have recieved. And I am telling everyone who uses this company to hope and pray that they never have a claim they have to file, because the results you will recieve are horrible.
