Farmers Insurance Company , Mid-Century Insurance Company Farmers insurance practices unfairly and lies to screw you out of settlements. Flagstaff, Arizona

I was in an auto accident back 10/07 that was the other drivers fault and which cause a permanent injury to my neck.

The other driver was talking on a cell phone and changed lanes with out looking and hit my truck and spun it around into on coming traffic.

I was basically screwed over by the other drivers insurance which is the Farmers Insurance agency in Flagstaff, agent Jon Krall.

Because I was stupid and did not hire a lawyer and because of the way they tricked me by send two settlement forms and double talked and added deceptive wording in the settlement forms, I will have to pay $1000.00 out my own pocket to pay for medical treatment I received for this injury.

 I received no composition at all from them and I now have $1000.00 medical bill and permanent neck injury for an accident that was NOT MY FAULT.

Do not deal with shady insurance company by your self..hire a lawyer before talking to any Farmer Insurance agent.

 Do not be stupid like me and let them take advantage of you and don't sign any paper work till you have lawyer read it

It's a sad world where you have to hire a lawyer to get fair treatment from an insurance company and 

I have learned very hard and expensive lesson and if I every have the misfortune of having to deal with Farmers insurance again, my first call will be to the most aggressive lawyer I can find.

I hope that Karma find Mr. Jon Krall at the Farmer insurance agency in Flagstaff Arizona and he get is his payment in full for lying, cheating and deceiving people. 

I have been told that since I sign the release I have no recourse. so I am hoping that this post will help other, so they do not get screwed over like me  .
