Farmers Insurance Company keeps stalling and won't pay off on ligitimate claim Salina Kansas

BEWARE OF FARMERS INSURANCE! One month after an accident, Farmers Insurance continues to give me the run around, never returning calls or meeting call back commitments they make to me. One month after an accident and multiple adjusters latter, where a Farmers Insured driver caused an accident resulting in the total loss of my vehicle and the Farmers customer getting a ticket, I am always forced to call Farmers, they never call me. When I do finally get to talk to an adjuster, Farmers keeps telling me they have to investigate further and refuse to reimburse me for the value of the vehicle or provide a rental car. This has forced me to look at suing their customer so that I can collect the value of the vehicle and replace it. Think twice before you buy insurance from Farmers, their claims department might get you into a lawsuit that will be filed against you personally! As I will have to do in this case.
