Farmers Insurance Josie Linke lied and misquoted me and would not refund my money mitchell, South Dakota

Josie Linke at Farmers Insurance quoted me 650 dollars which I paid in full to get the discount price in which 1 month later I get a bill in the mail saying they want an additional 500 dollars. I called her she told me not to worry about it that it must have not registered with there system yet. Another month later I got another bill this time with a late fee attatched. I called her again, she would not return my calss, called her several times.

So I have talked with a lady in her office numerous times in which she tells me she dont believe me. I called her superviser in which she took Josies, side even though she admitted to me that her screen had shown that I paid in full. When I called her superviser in sioux falls back the second time, she said she would get back to me, and she never returned my call. They have very poor business practices and I will NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!! I have never had such experience with any other insurance company in my life.
