Geico Car Insurance - Geico Indemnity Company March 17.2009 car was hit, adjuster totaled the car. Would not let me by car back said law was passed in 2008 doesn't give me that option. I disagreed, they didn't like that. claim has been stuck since. Has jerked me around because they can. Spend more time talking to a gecko than there policy holders. To date spoke to 59 claims specialists not one has called back. goshen, New York

On march17,2009 my car was hit in the Davey's Locker parking lot in montvale n.j. A patron came in and gave me the plate #czm-3652 n.y owner marie larochell.I called montvale police there response was if there isn't a injury they don't get involved to call my insurance so i did. Geico sen't adjuster David Sanchioli #1a-837931 he wrote appraisal but it wasn't near accurate. I requested new adjuster,same one came back with his supervisor and in 10 minutes he decided to total the car.They tagged the car for salvage co and told me that they were on there way to pick the car up.I want to let you know i became suspicious when the whole thing happened in 20 minutes like there was a personal interest inthe car. Normally the salvage co gives 24 hrs as a courtesy to get your belongings out and to make sure nothing is in the way.

To validate this is as follows i called dave back and told him that i have decided to by the car back for salvage.This is key point up until now everything was polite,once i told them my decision that changed.Daves tone now changed and became much more rough,and these are his words. Let me tell you Mr lynch that is not your option,that law was changed in 2008.Trust me i know what Im talking about.I let him know that i heard him but disagree we said goodbye.A few minutes went bye he called back,now the tone went back to polite.He wanted to let me know that he was sorry about our last conversation but that geico encourages them to discourage the cust to buy the car back for there own good.But if i set on the buy back,just send him the title and he would process it for me which i did.Never heard from him again called cell to no avail no response.I have alot more to go but Im just about out of room.thank you please leave your #so we can talk
