I moved to my new address six months ago, I have been paying my premiums on time and actually spoke to a rep on or about aug 6, today i recieved a letter from the dmv that my ins has been cancelled. I called geico to find out what happened and their response was that they dont have any record of my address change therefor my policy was cancelled for non-pmt, I explained that i spoke to a rep in august and gave all the new info but they again insisted that they have no record, they eagerly reinstated my policy after increasing my premium from $1514 yrly to a outrageous amount of $2568 yrly. I'm not even sure if this is legal since it;s almost a 50% increase. If you can help me please do, If not, Think twice before you give Geico your business. They are rip-off artists wearing a business name, buyer beware!!!!

Im concerned because you probably would have noticed that you didnt get your bill in the mail.. My first thought would be where is my bill. Obviously you didnt pay on time as your policy was cancelled.
