It troubles me to have to report on my experiences with Farmers Insurance Field Claim Supervisor and Field Inspectors. My 3 year old son and myself were victims of a car accident and the driver who was at vault was insured by Farmers.
Thank God neither my son or myself were injured, but the real discomfort was in dealing the with farmers agents who handled the claim.
I drive a 2010 Toyota Prius, that was in perfect condition prior to the accident. From the very first conversation with Matt Leonard it was clear that Farmers take extra effort in training their people to be as CHEAP as possible when it come to vehicle repairs and replacing personal property. The problem is that these Farmers employees insisted that the collision department use After Market Parts to repair my late model 2010! Parts that were reconditioned and refurbished from older Toyota cars. Q: If my car was a 2010 and the accident was the fault of the farmers driver, why should they not agree to replace the Toyota Factor parts? A: They are trained to save money and get over on victims with out any emotion what so ever. Farmers spends millions of dollars training their Field Claims people to spend as little as possible. This is a crime in itself considering that my son and I were victimized and that we suffered tremendously, and instead of handling the claim in a fair, professional and ethical manor they insisted on short changing me.
DO NOT USE FARMERS INSURANCE, GO WITH Axxxxx OR Mxxxx.. (((REDACTED)))
