Liberty Mutual Insurance Their client was in the wrong for improper backing into my vehicle liberty mutual refuses to pay the full amount to fix my car they are asking that I pay 10% of the damages. Boston Massachusetts

On 4/6/2008 while leaving a friends house in an apartment complex. As I was driving leaving out of the complex a sliver colored van backed out of a parking space hitting the rear passanger side of my vehicle as I was passing her. Unless she was trying to hit me on purpose, this lady waited until I was half way passed her vehicle to back up.

When I contacted Liberty Mutual to fix my car they told me that I was partially blamed for the accident because I did not avoid her vehicle and instructed that I must pay 10% of the damages if I want my car repaired. Well the way the apartments parking lot is build there is no way I could have avoided her because I would have ran into parked cars.

For the last week and a half Liberty Mutual has been giving me the run arounds about fixing my car I called and spoke with a claims representative and had no luck. I decided to leave a message to speak with a supervisor and know one has returned my phone calls as of yet. Liberty Mutual is a rip-off and should be reported to the Better Business Buearu.
