Can not get policy canceled. We want policy canceled and money returned. Chicago Illinois

Extended Warranty service insurance policy was purchased after recieving many cards in the mail stating our warranty on our 300L Saturn was running out and needed to renew. Took out the insurance and now the insurance company refuses to uphold to agreement. Declining every repair service needed done by the Saturn Dealership Service Department. Can not get a hold of an actual person. Getting total runaround. Want to cancel policy and am having trouble getting the policy canceled because no one returns call and can not get an actual person. Credit card company is wanting the insurance company to verify cancelation and can not get that done because we can not get a person to deal with getting our policy canceled. This company takes advantage of people and does not honor policy agreements. Saturn Service Department did not recognize this type of insurance and we were made under the impression this was the same warranty insurance company recieved when we purchased the Saturn from the Saturn Dealership where repairs are needing to be done at. would appreciate help in getting this company to cancel our policy and refund the money they have recieved from us. This company should not be in business. This company is a total rip off company.
