I a business person that trusted in my insuraqnce agent Bill Hawthorne of his business know as A for The People Insurance Agency.

In 2007 and 2008 I had Mr Hawthorne put a insurance policy together for my Car Rental Business. When he faxed over the paper work to sign I faxed back to him of an error his office girl made ( Dina) She noted my business was a scrap dealer and was not in the car rental business. Assuming the matter was corrected, I paid the Premium and there was no problem. Hawthorne's people even asked for a list of employees vs rental customers which I provided.

The Rip Off came at first when Progressive denied a claim, because they stated I put down the wrong information on the policy. I did not at all put the wrong thing on  the application, as Hawthorne's Office screwed up.

Progressive and Hawthrone did not want to take the blame so they turned it all into the State Attorney General's Office.

It should have been all dropped, but Progressive and Bill Hawthrone lied to protect their butts and the State Attorney General filed criminal charges against me for Insurance fraud.

Progressive had no problem taking my money, but when it came time for them to pay, they decide to make up lie.

THis is happened to other people, as this is Progreesives way of getting around paying out claims.
