Safe Auto Insurance Company ripoff Columbus Ohio

I need a signed letter sent to the Indiana BMV confirming that I was insured on 7-20-05 because I got a speeding ticket on that date. The officer who wrote the ticket never asked for the proof of insurance and I never thought about showing him the insurance paper. I was speeding and I paid a fine.

I was (and still am) insured. The state suspended my license. I've called safe auto many times (at least 10 times) and ask the agent to fax (they will not mail a letter) to the state. Each time the agent assured me the fax (via internet) was sent and the problem was resolved.

I must call because the company is located 180 miles from me. I even offered to drive to Columbus to pick up a signed letter confirming that I was insured on that date, the agent replied they could not do this. I do my best to be polite and at the same time press the issue. Each time my call is documented and the agent can see my previous calls,listed. Yet,the sense of urgency is never there and my license is still suspended. I've had it with their slacker mentality but until I get this problem fixed, I'm stuck.
