Safeway Insurance Company had a car accident on 6/26/2004 sent the report to them & haven't received any information. I want to know if they are going to fix my car. CWestmont Illinois

I had a car accident on 6/26/2004 and I sent them the police report and I faxed them the report, besedes thatI have been trying to contact them but what hapen next every time I call them the operator said that they are busy she said to stay on the line for the next person, I wait for an hour and than she says they are an a meeting but for some reason they do not want to talk to me or perhaps they do not want to fix my car. Please help me what can I do about this problem.
