Safeway Insurance Company Of Georgia ripoff uncooperative and unprofessional service Alpharetta Georgia

On 9/16/2004 (when hurrican Ivan hit GA) I was involved in an accident with a Safeway Insured. Since I was rear-ended the other person was at fault. I contacted them right after the accident. I was told to bring my car at one of the four locations in Atlanta on a perticular day and only after getting a appointment (again odd hours as usual!) The locations were far off and I requested them to send the appraiser to my house. They willingly agreed at that time.

In a later communication they have confirmed that they have received all the necessary paper work and the appraiser "Eric" ext 169 will be contacting me in a few days. Its 11/4/2004 and I am still waiting to hear from them :( [month and half and the work has not yet been appraised!!]

No one ever returns phone call and all the messages that me and my wife left for "Vicky Villagomez" ext 165 (and others) were never returned. It is one of the most unprofessional companies and the service is one of the worst. To make matters worst the working hours there are only from 9 to 4 Monday thru Friday!

I plan to call the head office and register a formal complaint if I do not get a response by this weekend.
