Safeway Insurance Of Georgia Sanctuary ripoff Alpharetta Georgia

I too am a victim of Safeway Insurance Co's unethical practices. My car was hit in a shopping ctr parking lot by one of Safeway's insured motorist (Annie Stevens). I provided Safeway with police reports,i filed the claim and i contacted the insured(they claim they could not get in contact with her). Their insured sd she was not the driver that day but it was her daughter driving, Safeway refused to pay the claim because the daughter would not admit to hitting my parked vehicle.($2500 in damages.)

So I got their insured on the phone with the daughter who admitted(on tape, of course)that she did in fact hit my car but she was not going to tell the insurance co that because she did not want ot do that. I then drove from Duluth to Alpharetta and gave Safeway Ins a copy of that tape so that they could honor the claim, they kept the tape and never called me back. They probably thought it was the only copy. As for John Oxendine's office- they say Safeway has not violated any Georgia laws. Mind you, there have been numerous complaints and they have also been reported to the "whistleblower". Are there any attorneys out there that are not scared to file a class action against Safeway.
