SafeWay Insurance, Oak Brook County Mutual dishonest, ill-mannered, arrogant, illegitimately ran, scammers, stalling Big Time! San Antonio Texas

I also was hit by an "Oak Brook County Mutual" insuree. The guy was intoxicated and taken to jail, after RAMMING us from behind at a Red-Light. The charges were DUI & Driving with a Suspended Driver's License. Upon calling, Monday morning, April 15th,2003, since we were weekend victims, I got a man, whom right away knew the insured and took less than a minute to grab his file. However, he told me some Hog Wash Bologne of how the 'insuree' had called about that car but had not yet added it to policy and they were not liable.

Take NOTE...Very UnProfessionally I might add, he said..."We're Not Going To Take Care of Your Truck!"
Well, they are liable and 3 month's later we are still trying to get our truck fixed! ARGH!

With a lil investigating we found SAFEWAY INSURANCE, and My Dad was able to get somewhere. They've had me fill out something resembling an accident report - giving my description of what happened, make of vehicles and what have you! Also, they needed my statement on phone. Ok! Done Did That about 5 wks ago at least! Still Waiting!!

Ohh! And when you call this guy - of course, you can never actually reach him...What you reach is a recorded message, saying to leave ONLY ONE MESSAGE..& CALLS WILL BE TAKEN IN ORDER THEY ARE REC'D, & that Additional messg's will only delay things. WELL HELLO!!! :D

Excuse Me...but, NO NEED FOR ANY DELAY, HERE ... NOW IS THERE? Done been plenty of that! Can You Believe this CRock OF ______? 3 Friggin Months! Thanks for The Negative Messages about this Co. They Have No Business being in a company such as INSURANCE.... HELLO!
