Dear Sirs/ Madam:
I have been ripped off so manty times i can't count them all. It would take too much time to tell you it all, i would end up writing a whole book. so, i will tell you the most recent concerns. i bought a car a 1999 Pontiac Grandam from a car dealer by the name of Wendy Day at Darling's Auto Mall in Ellsworth Maine 04640. I and my two children and a friend took a trip down south from Maine in the car right after i bought it and the whole way we didn't feel good at all. We had headaches and weak feelings and sinus problems and each time we would get out the car to gas up or whatever we would want to just get a motel and sleep. The car was leaking freon.
When i got back to Maine shortly after that i hit a porkie pine and did 1,500.00 worth the damage to the car the garage said they fixed it when they didn't the car has been inoperable since July 3rd 2002 my claim number with state farm is (19-4068-645)
I have sent them documents and they never get back to me and when i call i always get his answering machine so he;s avoiding my calls his name is Raymond Diaz claim team mananger Auto Claims Central State Farm Mutual Automobile insurance Company at(800)-921-9258 Ext. 8819 my policy number is 0102-808-19 car001 date of loss is July 3,2002 which my car is a 1999 not a 001 my car is not a 001 it is a 1999 Pontiac recall Grandam that has been through a flood and sold to after the cars last checkup they said at Darling's that there was a mildew smell coming out of the air condoiitioning unit.
I can not drive this car it makes me sick i have severe allergies and suffered from mercury poisioning from old warn down fillings that this state would not give me medical coverage as sick as i have been to get the mercury remove knowing i was deathly sick i need my car i have to two kid's and doctors appointments and a car im paying for and can't drive it and state farm paid Auto Buff in hancock, Me all that money and my car is not fit for the highway it is completely inoperable.
the serial number for my car is (IG2NE52T6XC533589)it's a recall and i got more sick after the accident i drove the car not knowing that much damage was done and evertime i'd get into the car i would get deathly sick. I went to the doctors and described how i was feeling and they called poision control and said i had been exsposed to freon poisioning which i think was leaking to begin with because when i took it to the garage for an estimate the mechanic said he don't know how the freon leaked out even if i hit a porkiepine.
he said the car was sounding like a defect. i then contacted Darling's they said i couldn't trade it and i asked the bank if they would finance another and they declined it and said the loan on the 1999 was too new. I'm waiting on GM no response as of yet.Jacqueline Stanwood
