I'm Henry little, a 56 year old driver. I've been with State Farm since Aug. 2008, with car and rental insurance.  I am on Disability due to an accident at work. I call the State Farm office to arrange to defer my payment and was taken off monthly auto draft.  So the next month billing was sent via email to notify me of the need to submit payment before it lapsed.

 So i paid it and the next month it deducted and i call to inquiry and was told when i paid it, it reactivated. So i explain again that i need a grace period to submit payment due to my income situation.  I cancel my ATM card so it would not draft --- WELL.. DEC. 20 it attempted draft and was returned.. I call State Farm and talked to Ms. Dickerson. I explained the situation and she express somewhat of concern.  Stated that she would attempt to get it (nsf) returned..(This is on Dec.23)..  

We talked further and i ask to be removed again and i would submit payment om 1/6/12 after my rent was paid and she OK'd it .. ??? On Dec 27, the draft ran again and another charge was added. I call her and she said the bank did and State Farm had not requested it to run. 

After several conversations and no resolutions i reported IT to regional.  I cancelled my insurance and switched to GEICO .... BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE AND THERE MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES......
