Our vehicle was hit in front of our house by a person who was insured by this company. They have been uncooperative from the beginning. They claimed they couldn't reach the insured to verify the claim, even after I submitted a plice report, they refused to take responsibility. Once they finally did, after weeks of hassle, they totaled the car and refused to offer a fair price to replace it. I turned them in to the CA Department of Insurance, but based on their consumer record and the size of the company, they don't seem at all concerned about negative publicity or the claim.
They continue to stonewall the DOI, just as they have me for over a month. They are a joke of a company and should NOT be allowed to insure anyone in CA.

I am working with an attorney in San Diego to compile data for a class action suit against this company. They have been cited many times by the DOI and it has done nothing to change their practices.
Please contact me at sfinch@fisherwireless.com and let's go after these guys.
