AAA Rims ripoff FAILS to honor their 3 year finish warranty and illegally charged my credit card without my permission Holland Michigan

I purchased after-market chrome BMW 7-series M-Parallel wheels with a 3-year finish warranty on 12/6/02, by credit card. During September/October 2003, I noticed that the chrome was pitting/rusting very badly. I did a brake job soon after and noticed that the entire chrome plating was missing from a section inside one of the back wheels and very badly damaged on all of the others.

I sent the wheels in under warranty on January 26, 2004 and was contacted shortly after that these wheels did not qualify under the warranty because the damage was caused by "brake dust". There is obviously a manufacturing defect and this company is not willing to honor its own warranty. On top of that there is no exclusion in the warranty for brake dust damage.

I sent the company a certified letter on February 17, 2004 explaining why the wheels ARE covered under the warranty and they failed to respond. I sent the company another certified letter explaining the details of legal action I would have to take if these wheels were not refinished free of charge. On March 3, 2004 my damaged wheels arrived back at my home via UPS, even though I never requested my damaged wheels to be returned.

On March 6, 2003, I received my Discover card credit card bill and was surprised to see an unauthorized charge for $80.00 by AAA Rims. They took my credit card number from their files and made a fraudulent charge. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute this charge. I have also disputed the original charge of $1239.00 for the wheels.
