Mr. Cordova has been using a Contractors License for approx.5yrs
with the name of Mr. Frank Salazar, Mr. Cordova paid Mr. Salazar to take the test for him, and since then Mr. Salazar's name appears on the license, But Mr. Cordova is the sole owner of this company.

I know that he has been studying to take the test which he had
scheduled, as to exactly where I could not give you that information. Mr. Cordova has also been involved with FRAUD, and a detective will be contacting me as well with that issue.
