Cases Mobile Sunblock Connie Case Customer Service? What the hell is that? Houston, Texas

 I first had dealings w/this self-proclaimed auto accessory store back in 2008 when I purchased my truck from a local dealership.  I wanted a truck bed cover & a billet grill installed & informed the dealership of what I wanted.  Unfortunately, they chose Cases Mobile Sunblock to install the after-market parts.  When I picked up my truck after the work was done, my mileage increased from 18 miles to 140 miles??  Did the owner take my truck on a cruise?  Next, I brought my truck in to have the chrome chevy bowtie installed b/c they FORGOT to install it when they had my truck.  I noted the mileage from the dealership to their store, 7 miles!!!!  How did an additional 126 miles show up on my odometer?  So when I brought back for the bowtie, I was standing outside watching the dude install the bowtie.  I couldn't actually see him since he was in front of the truck but I heard a loud bang, associated w/a large tool dropping onto the fender.  Completely unprofessional!  Now, the bed cover that Cases chose to install cost me $1500 & is a piece of junk!  The latches & anchors that hold the cover down have been faulty & when I call up to the store, the owner never returns my calls when I leave messages.  I'm tired of dealing with them and am warning everyone in the Houston area that if they want after-market accessories installed, find out if the dealership is taking your vehicle to Cases Mobile Sunblock!
