I ordered a Black German Plate With White Characters and Border - Custom Embossed with Your Text
Choose your custom characters in uppercase, for umlauts above a, o or u use lower case. Spaces count as a character and are required for seal placement.

My credit card was charged on december 2, 2011 for $30.94 I later received an email that said Your Shipment #100006928 for Order #100007908
However i never received the plate. A guy named tyler edmondson wrote back saying the item was returned because there was no such address to deliver the plate.
So i sent him my address again and phone numbers, I also said that if it was impossible for them to ship my item, then I would like them to refund my money. Its been two weeks and I have not received a reply, phones dont work. rip-off!!!

This order was in fact delivered. The order was sent quickly and returned do to the customers bad address. We then spoke with the customer got the corrected address and sent the item.
We have asked the custom to respond here to correct her post.
