close to a year ago u purchased the illuminator 48'' light bar from them. i ordered the light bar in amber/white mix, which clearly states on the web site is not one of the colors that cost extra. when i received the light bar "late" it was the wrong colors. they sent me all amber, so i delt with it because i needed the light bar.

A few months later one of the ally lights would not turn off. it stayed on draining my battery dead. I called them time after time leaving multiple messages to never once receive a return. so i emailed them to never receive and email back and all i wanted was one replacement light, so i had to suck that one up and go out and spend more money and time finding a replacement light on my own to fix it.

Now my most recent problem is i went to use the light bar last night and it wont even turn on anymore. the control panel just flashed all its lights and thats it, the light bar will not light up. so today i call them to see about getting the light bar replaced with replacement light bar since they do not sell mine anymore. all they wanted to do was sent me a new flasher board and have me install it. i argued with the guy for 15 min while he proceed to treat me like s**t. finally he agreed to send me the replacement but with the amber/clear it was going to be an extra $500. so we argued more until he hung up on me. Ive tried calling back multiple times and no awnsers again.

 THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If anyone is looking at finding a way to shut them down try to contact me and we will find a way to catch them in a legal bind, they are con artist and they need to be shutdown NOW!

Rebuttal to customer with lightbar issue

My name is Eric and I am a representative of Led outfitters. I was the employee who was dealing with this customer and I would like to give my side of the story.

First of all, this customer called us from a cell phone. He was impossible to hear and very hard to communicate with. He called us many times, and everyt time his cell phone lost service and we couldn't help him.

As a courtesy and to honor our 5 year NO HASSLE warranty, I offered him a new flasher board for the lightbar as well and a new control box to get the lightbar up and running. He then started to ask for a new lightbar with different color configuartions and other options. That's not how we do business here. I did offer him the upgrade to a better lightbar with the options he wanted for yes, 500 dollars. This was 300 dollars less than the value of the actual lightbar. I was doing this as a courtesy and this option is still available if you want it.

All businesses will have complaints. It is the way the business handles the complaint which shows their dignity and importance of customer service. We are available 5 days a week and have a phone number on the website. If you have an issue we will resolve it for you. Internet transactions don't always go as smoothly as a face to face transaction, and we try to keep the issues to a minimum.
