LED Outiftters Very Poor Customer Service, Internet

I bought my husband a Mini LED lightbar for his truck from this company.  I mistakenly ordered the wrong color light.  When the package arrived there was no packing slip inside or return label.  I tried calling the company several times and left several messages as well as sent an email.  There was no response, and when I did get an actual person he was very short with me, rude, as if I was bothering him.  I sent a letter back with the light I needed to exchange.  I also had to pay for the shipping to ship it back to this company. 

This was supposed to be a Christmas present, and the light was sent back to the company before Christmas and I have yet to see the light or any money back for the purchase.  I called this company the other day and imagine that I got an answering machine.  I left a message basically asking where the light is and asked to either get a my money back or the light I ordered.  Again shockingly, NOT, I have not heard back from them.  I will never order from this Not customer friendly business again!! I hope that I get my money back if I don't get the light.  I spent over $350.
