Subject: Product Inquiry
Good Morning, I ordered a PYP-CMV10K1 from the RPM outlet and what I received is not what I ordered from there catalog, The catalog said, highflow cat, 10-1/2" long, polished ss with oxygen sensor port and the picture shows 21/2" pipes coming off each end, What I received is a 9" long converter shaped like a football, no oxygen sensor port , not polished, not seamless as you can see in the attached picture. RPM has been very rude and unhelpfull in resolving this matter and refuses to ship me what i ordered.
Is there anyway you can help me resolve this and identify the product as being incorrect from my picture? I have my invoice here if needed, I jusy need to know if they ripped me off, I run a performance shop in California and need vendors that are honest and efficient.
Best Regards, Steve
