I am David Chukhman the owner of Tritek Window Tinting in Garland, Texas and also the day to day operations manager. I am here to let you know this report is bogus, we stand behind our products and service 100%. That is the reason we have been around over a decade and have become one of the leaders in quality window tinting in the DFW Metroplex.
       If this was true the product he is speaking of would be our Madico Charcool Lifetime Warranty Film. The Madico line of film has been around for many decades and once again has proven to be a leader in the film industry like Tritek in Garland, TX. The Madico Charcool film does not fade since it is a extruded hybrid film UN like any other on the market today. I prefer and recommend this film to all of my customers as we use it on every car from your Honda to your new Ferrari. Just check out our website and see the kind of cars we work on daily, the type of work we do speaks for its self. Infact I picked up, tinted and personally delivered a brand new $300,000 Ferrari today. I can go on for ever about how much my company cares about our customers and the services we provide.
      The closer you look at this bogus report the easier it is to see it doesn't even make sense. The only reason they post this junk here is because this website will not remove reports weather they are true or not. I am really UN happy with this websites existence since they leave untruthful reports up without proof that this even happened. Tritek uses the best quality film ive ever seen, i have personally had multiple vehicles tinted there and recommend them on a VERY regular basis!  The guys there have always went well out of their way for me and everyone's Ive sent there.  I have never heard 1 negative thing about this place, EVER!  That leads me to believe that this rip off report is bogus and just a rival business trying to take a jab, which is a low blow and dirty in every way.  I will continue to do business with David and the guys at Tritek and if other places of business would learn to conduct themselves like these gentlemen do then it would be better for everyone. 

I recently took my SUV to Tritek for work. Not only was David the owner there in person but he showed me around the shop, showed me all the products they used and made me feel secure about choosing his shop. All the staff were very curtious and the work on my vehicle was TOP notch. I highly reccomend them. The work was done on time as promised, perfect workmanship and perfect customer service. A+ !!!

I have known David for approximately 2 years now. He has been nothing less than nice to me as a friend, and an exemlary businessman. I have taken 2 vehicles to him for tint- and I live 200 miles away. I do not trust anyone else to tint my vehicles! Whoever made that complaint is lying, and probably did not even speak with David. IF he were to make a mistake while tinting a vehicle, I know he would do everything in his power to make it right.

As I read the complaint about the "cheap" tint, I laughed. My truck has his tint on it from over a year ago, and has handled the Texas heat AND cold perfectly! Their tint probably turned colors because they cleaned the windows with bleach or something (if this is even a valid complaint at all).

I urge you to take your vehicle to TRITEK to get it tinted, you will not be upset!

This post has to be the farthest thing from the truth about Tritek in Garland, and David Chukhman. I have been to Tritek before and received nothing but warm welcomes from everyone in the shop. Not to mention a tour of the shop and an explanation of the type of film he uses and the lifetime warranty it comes with. I also have read NUMEROUS good reviews on multiple forums/websites about how happy people were with his services.

I TOOK MY CAR TO GET TINTED THERE 3-4 YEARS AGO AND NOW ITS STARTING TO BUBBLE....I CALLED AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF THEY TINTED THEM EVEN THO THEY PUT A LIL CARD IN BETWEEN THE TINT AND GLASS.....THAT SAYS TRITEK ON IT AND EVEN HAS THE NUMBER TO THE SHOP.....WHAT A JOKE ALL THESE YEARS I HAVE SENT THEM COUNTLESS BUISNESS....NOW IM GETTING THE BRUSH OFF....WHAT A PIECE OF SH* COMPANY

The first things I noticed when reading the above report were the expletives showing the maturity (or lack there-of) of the author. The window tinting industry does rely heavily on referral business and more than likely this was created by a competitor who's losing business due to Tritek's unsurpassed integrity in service and quality.

Yes, I work at Tritek, but I receive no compensation for additional business, so I have no incentive - but I'd like to set the record straight. I've been tinting windows for 14 years and have worked with just about every film available and seen how they last through the years. Tritek uses Madico, the best performing film I've experienced. Even their entry level, 3 year warranty film, is not only color-safe; it's color impervious. The reason for this is the extruding process Enpro (Madico) incorporates during film production. It's actually the natural color of the film and there is no way the film can change color. This differs from nearly every other film on the market, which is why the author of this complaint likely chose that route. Unfortunately for him, his complaint is completely illogical and quite obviously false.

Tritek is successful for a reason. They have built a reputation for quality and service that every true customer of Tritek would agree with. Just ask around.
