Hello Everyone,
I had an extremely bad experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that I felt the public should know about so here is my personal horror story with this company.
My fiancée rented a vehicle from Enterprise located at 5750 E. Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80920 over the weekend (Jan. 06-Jan.09 2012) for National Guard purposes and once we came back from our trip on Monday her vehicle had been broken into right in front of their building! Where the driver side vent window was smashed in and her CD deck was stolen. It turns out that Enterprise DID NOT secure her vehicle within their secure parking lot over the weekend when they told her they would.
Why would they leave a customer’s vehicle unattended for an entire weekend without telling her that they would do so? We talked to the Branch Manager, Josh Korsvold, (719) 266-1176 or Joshua.K.Korsvold@ehi.com who even though seemed somewhat sympathetic would not take any responsibility for the damage and/or stolen property that happened while under their care. However, he did pass the information along to their Corporate Business Manager, Elizabeth Alexander, (303)347-3252 or Elizabeth.A.Alexander@ehi.com
that I have left multiple messages with over the past few days and she does not even have the courtesy to call back. Why does Enterprise not have some type of insurance for covering such incidents?
You would think a corporation of their size would cover all their ends for customer satisfaction and developing long-term relationships with existing customers? All he suggested was next time they would definitely put her vehicle into their secure parking lot…seriously! You think there WILL EVER be a next time after the poor service/customer care we received? Personally, I will tell everyone I know about our little 'horror story' with this company and every website I can post this on to STAY AWAY! Enterprise doesn’t care about their customers and will not help or do what is fair even if you have a legitimate issue….THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFIT! And to add insult to injury, the Abra Auto Body & Glass General Manager, Pat Herring, (719)598-2525 or pherring@abraauto.com
(which Enterprise shares the same building with) was completely unsympathetic to the entire incident and mocked us by offering a TWO DOLLAR DISCOUNT for the replacement of the broken driver side vent window (that again happened at their location). Wow, thanks a lot guys…your customer service skills are impeccable! Instead of costing us hundreds of dollars to replace the window and the stolen cd deck it's going to be hundreds of dollars
minus two bucks. Both these companies (Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Abra Auto Body & Glass) share the same location in Colorado Springs, CO 80920 and would advise everyone to take your business elsewhere.
Sincerely,
A Very Unsatisfied
Customer
