Enterprise Rent-A-Car Scam Crew of Kevin Palfrey Memphis, Tennessee

On 10/19/11 I took my car in for an insurance repair at Abra Shop. I needed a rental while waiting for the insurance repair to be done.

Kevin Palfrey which checked me in for the rental did not have good customer service attention...no eye contact. He called for my rental and said it should be here soon and just after three seconds passed, he was already saying what is taking them so long, and he was looking all out the windows.

Received rental then me and Kevin Palfrey went outside to check the truck for damages. He passed the driver side of the truck and started in the back by opening the truck then walking along the passenger side and stated that you can see anything on white, and then I signed the paper, and he went back into  his office without looking at the trunk or driver side of the truck.

After getting in to the truck, I went about 1 mile, and I noticed a nick on the windshield. A few hours later I returned to Abra Shop to meet with the police to do an incident report, and I told Abra Shop manager about the nick on the windshield, and she called Enterprise Car Rental to let them know. Let's make a note...I live in Cordova that's about 26 miles from Abra Shop.

I returned the rental the next day to Abra Shop where I got it from and about 10 to 15 minutes, Kevin Palfrey calling my home and my son's cell phone saying that I have damage the truck, it looks like it had been in a hell storm, and I went out of town by putting 500 miles, so he changed it to 200 miles.
