TIM JOSEPH - RELIABLE RENTAL CAR - RELIABLE MOTORS RENTS UNRELIABLE CARS AND GIVES POOR, UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES indianapolis, Indiana

I rented a car from RELIABLE RENTAL CAR COMPANY and i was very dissatisfied with the car and also the way i was treated by MR. TIM JOSEPH. The rental agreement was as follows 1 week $250 which coverd insurance. The first week of the rental the car in question failed to start I reported the car trouble and took the car into the company for maitenace the onsite mechanic supposedly fixed the problem. NOT!!! Two days later the same problem occured and the mechanic reported that the starter went out and we were the cause, WHAT!! how would we be able to ruin a starter on a car?? Im no mechanic but i know a bad starter is due to wear and tear and not possible to purposely damage, when this information was given to the owner he became angry and unwilling to resolve the problem and decided that he wouldnt rent to me again now im out of $250 for this week I still dont have a RELIABLE car and to add insult to injury I have spoken with former customers and personal associates of MR. JOSEPH and all says this guy is really hard to deal with and treats his customers and employees like crap!

I will never do business with MR. JOSEPH again and would advise any new customers looking to rent a RELIABLE CAR to beware and to continue to shop around for a sufficient car rental company!!! THIS COMPANY PROMISES RELIABLE CARS BUT GIVES YOU A CLUNKER!

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMAPNY! SINCERLY VERY ANGRY EX-CUSTOMER.
