I received a 2 year contract from my dealer when i purchased my car. Sirus cancelled after 11 months. I called and Sirius customer service reactivated. after 20 months I started to receive URGENT mail every few weeks, stating I need to re-sign to avoid cancellation. after 22 months i started receiving URGENT mail every few weeks claiming i owed serius increasing charges $200-$385 because i didn't re-sign. I returned these to Sirius with BOLD print to CANCEL. When this did not work i began calling Sirius and finally after the 3rd 1 hour phone call Sirius cancelled my service. Yesterday i received a COLLECTION NOTICE claiming i was late on a 'valid charge from Sirius". The collection agent and their manager claims they did not know what these "valid" charges were but said if i wrote them a letter i could find out. Furious, I called Serius AGAIN and after an hour I found out the $108.77 were charges for cancelling EARLY?! WTF?? i cancel because of Sirius harassment and i get an EARLY penalty?? are you serious? no wonder Serius failing - they wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face!
