3 weeks ago, I purchased a deluxe kit from 5starshine.com, and applied it into my car but sadly, it took off the paint that I restored. I called them then I was referred to their return authorization process. I told them that I don't need a return but them taking full responsibility of what happened to my car, but the representative I am talking too hanged up the phone.

The owner, whoever he is, should take full responsibility into this.

No way this damages your car paint!

AUTHOR: Mark baltimore - Baltimore (U.S.A.)

I have personally used this product on two vehicles including a brand spanking new car. This stuff doesn't have any cleaners or abrasives in it that would damage automotive paint in any way. In fact, you have to use your own polish to clean and shine you paint before you apply this stuff because it wont even remove dirt from the surface before application.

Even common automotive waxes and polishes have solvents and abrasives that clean and remove the paint where as this does not. It is a paint sealant only, just like new car dealers use like, not a wax or polish at all. This system does comes with a standard clay bar that only removes dirt form the surface, but again this is a very common practice and wont damage coatings.

Obviously if someone did manage to damage paint then there was something majorly wrong with the paint job to start with. There is nothing in the product that could have damaged normal car paint period. Odds are if the paint was damaged I would bet its was due to the separate cleaning/polishing method attempted prior to application.
