BJ's Auto Spa Bad Service=No Refund Glendale AZ

I went to get a $17 VIP car wash because the night before some kids threw eggs at my car. I paid and when it was done I noticed the tires & rims hadn't been cleaned. So the guy fixed it.

I got home & noticed that there was egg on my car. I called them immediately & told them how upset I was that first my tires weren't done & even worse there was still egg stuck to my car.

I took it in and I told him that I wanted my money back & would gladly pay someone else to fix it. He ignored me & started to wipe my car down, while giving a ton of excuses for why my car wasn't clean:
1. They didn't see it...
2. They are understaffed & it's hard to keep people there
3. 2 people called in today

I let him know that those reasons (excuses) were not acceptable & I would like my money back. He offered me another wash for NEXT time & I declined & asked for my money. When he refused I asked to speak with his boss.

At that time another guy came over & proceeded to argue with me about everything from how I should have paid more to pay for the egg to be washed off to telling me that I shouldn't be upset that I'd spent an hour and a half for my car to NOT get washed because it was done NOW! On top of that when I told him that I didn't know it costed more to have the egg washed off because I didn't see a sign, he said that, "If you would have taken your shades off you would have seen it." After being so unproffessional I asked to speak with his supervisor.

He said his only boss was corporate & that they will not give me my money back. He told me he doesn't get paid to talk to me, that he gets paid to work, and so on. So in the end I'm contacting "corporate" and I've already filed a complaint with the BBB.
