Car Nutz Auto Spa Screwed up a simple emissions test Smyrna, Georgia

One of my employees accidentally failed to reinstall Mike's gas cap after performing an emissions test.  We kept the cap hoping that Mike would return,  I do not have customer phone numbers (no personal information is on State of Georgia Emissions Test forms, only tag and VIN),  I was able to call Mike after pulling his number off of my caller ID only after he called 5 days later to verify that we did indeed have his gas cap.  Mike came to my business approximately 15 minutes after he called and proceeded to verbally abuse and threatened the majority of my employees (he is 6'7" 305lbs. and he made sure that I knew that, gee I wonder if that is some sort of threat?), I was not present during the rampage.  He is lucky that a Smyrna Police officer was not present (we have the City of Smyrna Police car contract) because he undoubtedly would have been arrested for his behavior.   Mike's INSANE state of mind has been documented on my security video system and if he comes anywhere near Car-Nutz Auto Spa, I have directed my employees to immediately call 911.  Mike is the customer that EVERY business can do WITHOUT. 

The owner of Car Nutz and I have come to an agreement.  I overeacted to the situation and it all go out of hand.  Car Nutz does a great job and please ignore everything I said previously about the company.
