Verbal Assault on Customer at West Orange Car Wash (87 Main St. West Orange)

At approximately 1:15PM, I took my 4 door Toyota Camry
to WEST ORANGE CAR WASH for Complete cleaning service which cost me a total of $16.95 .

As soon as the car was washed, I noticed a couple of scratches that appeared to be fresh. I immediately brought it to the attention of the Supervisor. Reluctantly he followed me to the vehicle to observe the damage. As soon as he observed the car he started yelling at me on top of his voice using foul language every chance he got.

He claimed that the damage could not be from the car wash because in his own words "We don't scratch cars here".

When I attempted to express my dissapointment at his
appauling behavior he advanced towards me in an intimidating
fashion and kept yelling to shut me up. I kept my cool and asked if he was the supervisor. To my surprise he turned out to be the Owner of WEST ORANGE CAR WASH. His precise response to the question was "I am the F*@king owner".

Without shame he brought to my attention that a previous customer just made a similar complaint and that he was pissed off. This man obviously wasn't a very bright individual.

I would strongly solicit that no one do business with WEST ORANGE CAR WASH. Besides the scratches on the car the verbal abuse left an emotional scar on me and worse I had already paid in advance.

I have never had this pathetic level of service and I see no reason why WEST ORANGE CAR WASH is in business.
