Restor-It Bob Rowle Owner Over 2500.00 Worth of DVD's and Games Stolen Marietta, Georgia

Restor-it owned and operated by Bob Rowley stole over twenty-five hundred dollars worth of DVD's which is a final count from my home approximately, Spring of 2008. I had bought some carpet and was looking for someone to install the carpet in my home. I came across him in the yellow pages.I set up an appointment and had measured the square footage of my home and he stated that it would be three hundred dollars. A great deal going through the depression at that time. He sent three Hispanic men to my home. My children were  at home and we helped with the moving of the furniture. The carpet was in the garage. We had moved into our home around Christmas and still had many boxes that were still unpacked. It took about two hours or more to install the carpet. I paid them and the business was settled. During the upcoming months, My husband started saying some of my DVD's are missing! And, I said they are probably in the kids room.I did not think no more of it. Until, he started taking inventory and said that there were so many DVD's missing and that some had taking the DVD's. Then it hit me like a big mack truck that the installers had taken the DVD's. We had an alarm system on our house and the carpet was in the garage. And, DVD's were in our bedrooms. They were very very good at stealing right from under "our noses."I filed a police report. And, I did some detective work to see if He was still in business and to see if the same installers were there. They were. I called Bob. And, explained to him that they stole our DVD's and that they were guilty of it! The first thing he said was"my men would not do that and I have been in business for years" no apology, only denial. He would not even investigate! I sent a letter to him and a copy of a list of DVD's only to find out that there were more missing! I turned in a insurance claim and Liberty Mutual, decrease our value and we got nothing!. Therefore, It is my word against his installers word and They win. I wanted to send out a warning to watch any person who comes into your home to do work and have some one at home with you because people are doing all types of crimes these days. This is my complaint! And, I know what happened.
