Cloyds floor store horrible installers, terrible customer service DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS!! wellington, Utah

We hired Cloyds floor store to install the carpet and tile in our new home.
I paid the half down they required $1500.00 and made an appointment.
needless to say they never showed on the date we were scheduled, I called the office and spoke to a Jennifer, she told me they would get there as soon as she could get Cloyd on the phone.... they finally showed up 3 days later.
 
When contractor working on our home heard we had hired Cloyds for the flooring he hit the roof he told us, they were the worst carpet company he had ever seen or heard of and we would only have problems with them.... boy was he right.
 
when they installed the tile in the down stairs bathroom/ laundry room it wasn't the same tile WE HAD PICKED OUT OR PAID FOR!!!! not even close.
We went into the office and spoke to  Jennifer she said" its still a good quality tile and its to late to do anything about it unless we were willing to pay extra to have it corrected". if that wasn't bad enough some old guy came up from the back smelling like a brewery and rambling something about " great quality yadda yadda as he was holding on to a display to steady himself.
 I was furious and demanded our money back Jennifer said that was impossible because they did not have it, she then said they accidentally sold our tile to another customer and she was sorry.

in the end, we  got our money back minus the amount for the tile we never orderd.
our flooring was finished by home depot in orem and we couldnt be more pleased when it comes to quality floor coverings installed by people you can trust in Carbon/ Emery counties go over the mountain to the wasatch front.
