Empire Rugs and Flooring bad work Internet

My wife and I replaced our rugs in the home. we thought that we were getting a deal with the % off that wasn't true. when the sales person told us it was interest free for one year instend of having the deal were you only pay for a small area rest free.
that didnt happen. we're told the rugs were $2700 for the three rooms the bill came in at $6000 weres the deal for that amout i could have the whole house done in hardwood.

we had to call them up and have them come back out to the home and repair them. the rugs had pulled away from the walls through out the home. they have been out to the home three times to fix the rugs.

we have been calling them to come out and fix them again no one has called to come out to the home.it has been a year now and the seams are coming apart and coming away from the walls again. we have called again and this time i was told that its going to cost us two hundred and fifty dollar to just have them come out to just look at the rugs.

what a joke why is it that i have to pay for something that you have been told to come out and fix multiple times. i feel that this company is a joke in its self! my wife had to talk to the workers because they only spoke spanish. i can speak some but it would be nice to be able to tell them about the problems.
