To start off they were 5 hours late! Not only did Empire short our carpet an inch, and refuse to fix it correctly, they scratched the brand new kitchen cabinets, and brand new hard wood kitchen floor. and would not compensate for the damages. the installers were rude, and even argued about where to put the furnature. when I tried to get it fixed I was treated VERY poorly, screamed at over the phone, and instead of compensating us for our shorted carpet, they were going to fix it by coming to our house, ripping it up, and puting a seam down the middle of two rooms!
