Get It Installed Stylish Tile Do not do business with this company!! ,

Please save yourself time, money and a huge headache. I went through this place after making a visit to a store next door to Get It Installed. I saw the trailer and decided I would see what this place is about. There was a young guy running the store. He was very nice and knowledgable and really made me feel comfortable. Was not a high pressure salesman at all. Anyway, I enquired about their installation prices and he explained everything in detail for me and so I took the information home and thought it over and after doing alot of comparison to other companies that do not have a store I decided to give them a chance. I had a beautiful walnut hardwood installed in most of my home. This is where I started to notice things. The installer came out with a couple guys, more than likely illegal and started to work. First off you do not yell at your employees like he did. I speak spanish very fluently and he was flat out dogging on them. Poor guys couldn't do anything because they didnt have papers so it would be them getting in trouble not him. After alot of commotion the job was done. It looked good but not really what I expected from a "professional". A couple days later my floor started coming apart and the boards were warping and all sorts of madness going on under my feet. I called him and explained what was going on and he said he would be out to fix the problem. Said that is was within the year so it was still under warranty. Never showed up... I called a million times to his cell and he never once picked up. I called the store and spoke to Casey and he said he would call Jose and get him to go out there and fix the problem. Casey called me back and said that he spoke with Jose and that Jose would go out and fix it the following day in the morning. I took off of work when I really shouldn't have and still no Jose. I was furious at this point. I called Casey back and he said that he hasn't heard from Jose and he would do what he could. I never got a call back or an answer when I called the store. What a profesional company! I ended up having to pay alot more money out of pocket to get this issue taken care of. Save yourself and stay away from this place! They are a bunch of con men.
