JAMES McCLENDON DBA McCLENDON SERVICE'S WORK WAS NOT DONE TO STANDARDS BLYTHEWOOD South Carolina

James McClendon Service's put hardwood flooring in the upper room of my house. The flooring had gaps and the steps were painted instead of hardwood flooring being put down. I called the McClendon Service and I was told that he would give me my money back for the flooring that I purchased. James McClendon Service's never did do what he said he would do(giving me the flooring money back) I called him several times and times he would answer his phone and times he would not. In order to get in touch with him I had to call him on my friend's phone in order for him to answer because he didn't recognized the number. Please help me so he can stop doing this to people.
