Temporary labor was provided for this contractor of which $6,125.05 is over 2 years outstanding. The owner/operator was initially diligent about staying in contact and promising to start making payment. Unfortunately we have not heard from him for 8 months.

Contractor contacted me promising payment by 3/16... no payment as of 3/20..... contacted again... stated he was calling from the bank making out a certified check... as of 4/2 NO CHECK. He doesn't pay his bills and he doesn't even tell the truth!
