Blind Buyers Beware of American Blind & Wallpaper Rip-off

Watch out for American Blind and Wallpaper Factory, we ordered a blind last year, and rather than let us know that the blind we wanted had been discontinued, they sent us the wrong blind.

There customer service number is NOT toll free, and it was very frustrating to get them to admit to THEIR mistake. Had they called us to say that our blind was no longer available, we would have changed the selection. Surely they have to know when merchandise is discontinued.

We ended up cancelling the order, and had to take the wrong blind to a UPS shipping depot, as they would not make arrangements to pick it up!!

I will never order from them again, and urge customers out there to avoid this store at all costs, even though the prices are low, the service is terrible, and not worth the hassle
