Carpet Liquidators ,Carpet Liquidators crook took money and did nothing sued him in court and still he doesnt refund my money las vegas, Nevada

Harry Jacobs at Carpet Liquidators  had extremely disappointing service. My family came in seeking full carpet installation, but after speaking with owner Hary Jacob we left with rude comments, lies and sneaking behind our backs. The
carpet was bought and canceled within an hour, yet he charged us fully and continued to lie about it. Whenever we called or came to the warehouse in person to speak to owner Harry, he would hide in back and make employees say  'he is not here,' though we just saw him.

 He refused to refund us and refused to install the carpet. PRETTY RIDICULOUS...getting charged thousands of dollars for no service done and a refusal of refund. Some may call that ILLEGAL. The way he handled customer relations and service was depressing and unprofessional. Harry will use any means necessary to trick and steal from you, then pretend you dont exist while they charge your credit cards. Harry even refused to give us back the keys to our home!! I find that absolutely outrageous. A company so 'esteemed' with owner stealing their customers' money and keys without their approval.

I had the worst professional experience with this company and I highly discourage using them. If you do use them dont talk to Harry Jacob maybe other people there wont manipulate and steal, so be highly cautious if you do decide to work with them, and have a GOOD LAWYER. That seems to be the most important piece of information I could give.   I put up these warnings n internet so others can know about Harry.  He complains and makes the internet places take down my reviews, he even calls and threatens to me not to put them up any more but I will always keep putting bad reviews up so people can know about this crook.
