Had used company before and was pleased. Salesman couldn't have been nicer. 60 percent off and bill is almost $4,000 for two rooms - this must really be quality carpet. I couldn't have been more wrong. The lack of quality is positively horrifying. Especially the berber. I chose convenience and ended up replacing 20 old yr carpet that was in much better condition and higher quality for sure. Cheap, cheap cheap. Shame on me. The installers spoke no english, but I have no problem with the installation per se. Do not be fooled. I have never been more scammed and I am 53 yrs old. Enough said - BEWARE.
